Rawon Recipe

Indonesian Best Food Recipes this time will share with you the recipe from East Java...RAWON !!!
Rawon is Indonesian beef black soup.It uses black nuts/keluak (Pangeum edule, fruits of kepayang tree) as the main spice which gives the strong nutty flavor and dark color to the soup.
Now take a look at the ingredients and how to make it.

Materials I:
600 grams of meat (a mixture of meat and brisket sengkle)
1500 ml of water
3 cm ginger, crushed
3 cm galangal, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
7 pieces of lime leaves
2 stalks lemongrass
2 leeks, chopped coarse
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
50 ml cooking oil

Puree

Materials II (puree):
2 pieces of red chilli
7 pieces of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp coriander, couples
2 cm kencur
3 cm turmeric, grilled
6 pieces of beef stew with sweet
2 eye tamarind
Black Nuts
Kluwak / Black Nuts (Pangeum edule)

complement:
Prawn crackers, salted egg, chili paste, short sprouts, fried tempeh

How to make:
1. Boil water until boiling.
2. Saute ground spices until fragrant, add ginger, galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves, scallions, salt, and sugar.
3. Put the meat, and cook until meat changes color.
4. Enter the boiling water, cover the pan, simmer, until the meat is tender, turn off the heat. (Even better rawon ripe presented with two heating).
5. Serve with appendages.

Rawon adalah SupDagingHitam yang menggunakan kacang hitam / keluak (Pangeum edule, buah dari pohon kepayang) sebagai bumbu utama yang memberikan rasa pedas yang kuat dan warna gelap untuk sup.

Sekarang kita lihat bahan dan cara membuatnya.

Bahan I:
600 gram daging
1500 ml air
3 cm jahe, memarkan
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
2 batang serai, memarkan
7 lembar daun jeruk nipis
2 batang serai
2 batang daun bawang, cincang kasar
1 1/2 sdt garam
Gula 2 sdt
50 ml minyak goreng

Bahan II (haluskan):
2 buah cabai merah
7 buah bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 sdm ketumbar, pasangan
2 cm kencur
3 cm kunyit, panggang
6 potong daging sapi rebus dengan manis
Asam 2 mata

Pelengkap:
Kerupuk, telur asin, sambal terasi, tauge pendek, tempe goreng

Bagaimana membuat:
1. Rebus air sampai mendidih.
2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, tambahkan jahe, lengkuas, serai, daun jeruk, daun bawang, garam, dan gula.
3. Letakkan daging, masak sampai daging berubah warna.
4. Masukkan air mendidih, tutup panci, didihkan, sampai daging empuk, matikan api. (Bahkan lebih baik rawon matang disajikan dengan dua pemanas).
5. Sajikan dengan pelengkap.
